April Webinar CCDC 2 Updates - 2021

On April 20th, the association provided a webinar with the changes to the CCDC 2 – 2020 “Stipulated Price Contract”. Michael Swartz and Krista Chaytor, Partners at WeirFoulds LLP, provided an in-depth review of the changes and how it impacts members’ projects.
